Domestic orders amounting to over € 180 are shipped for free, not including tickets. The value of an order is determined by taking the value of the goods ordered and available minus any credit or vouchers.
Please check that the package is not damaged upon receipt. If you accept an opened or damaged packet, you implicitly approve the delivery, rendering all possible claims for replacement invalid!

Information for delivery to Switzerland and other non-EU member states (third countries): the invoice will be in euro without German VAT (19%) plus postage and shipping costs.

Returning bought goods.

Delivered Within Germany:
You have the right to exchange your goods within 30 days. If the product does not meet your requirements, you will receive a refund. In this case, you will have to bear any costs for the item’s return. If you received damaged goods or a wrong delivery, we will bear the expenses for their return. We either credit these costs to your Merchstore account or pay you directly.

Please send us the goods in the manufacturer’s original packaging. Use appropriate packaging so that the goods do not get damaged. Damaged goods are not refund!!!

Delivered Outside Germany:
If you received the correct items, you bear the cost of return. Please make sure the parcel has been provided with sufficient postage, otherwise we reserve the right to deduct the cost from the amount to be credited. You also have the right to exchange goods within 20 days. If the goods do not meet your requirements, you will get your money back within up to 20 days from the day we receive your package.
