Christina Milian Settles Dog Attack Lawsuit.

Singer/Actress Christina Milian has settled a lawsuit over allegations her pooch brutally attacked an elderly neighbor in 2008. Leo Skolion, 81, sued the “Say I” singer back in January 2010, two years after the alleged incident, claiming she let her dog leave her property to run wild and take “a huge chunk” out of the back of his arm. He received 19 stitches to treat the wound.

Milian, along with her mother and her sister were named in the suit which sought undisclosed damages. TMZ reports the R&B hitmaker settled the dispute with Skolion last week, raking over $55,000 to put an end to the matter.
