Drizzy experienced something that 2 Live Crew and N.W.A. can relate to on Monday night in Montego Bay.

Young Money’s Drake made a surprise appearance at Montego Bay, Jamaica’s Brit Jam 2011 on Monday, March 14. However, the the platinum-selling emcee’s performance was cut short, when he was reportedly reprimanded for using the term “bloodclot.” According to Miss Info, sources indicate that a police officer gave a profanity warning to the rapper on stage, who subsequently halted his show.

Reports indicate that Drake was there in support of Jamaican Dancehall artist Mavado, who appeared in the emcee’s 2010 video, “Find Your Love.”

XXLMag.com spoke to an event organizer, who confirmed the reports, and provided context to why the profanity is a legal issue within the country.
