GPS tracking in a laptop helped Glendora, California police find and arrest a man who was a dance-extra at a video involving Weezy.

Over the weekend Cash Money Records superstar Lil Wayne was reportedly at Glendora, California’s Citrus College for a video shoot with rapper Porcelain Black. During the shoot, a 20 year-old man named Marco Negrete allegedly stole a purse, a laptop, a wallet and two tickets the weekend’s NBA All-Star game.

According to The Whittier Daily News, Glendora Police used GPS tracking with the laptop to find Negrete, with the items in his home. Negrete, who is believed to be a dancer extra in the video, was jailed.

At press time, none of the possessions belonged to Lil Wayne.
