The former head of Death Row was recently stopped by the police and his truck was impounded.

Suge Knight, infamous and famous for his work as the leader of Death Row, was recently stopped by police officers in Beverly Hills. He was pulled over for driving on a suspended license and his truck was impounded.

Knight was not arrested but he was cited. According to TMZ, a site that also caught some of this on camera, Knight asked an onlooker for a ride. The onlooker, who was said to be a woman, allowed him in the car and took him to a nearby destination.

This is not the first time Suge Knight has been in trouble with the law, particularly speaking about problems with his license. Only a year ago, he was stopped for the same reason, only to not appear in court. This all resulted in a warrant out for his arrest, as we reported.

Last week, Knight’s former label, Death Row Records, released Haven’t You Heard, a collection of largely unreleased songs from Snoop Dogg’s onetime group of Tray Deee, Lil C-Style, Techniec and Bad Azz.
